Fanatic Race Air 20cm SUP Fin. The Fanatic Race Air 20cm RTM Fin is a specialised fin designed to boost a paddleboard’s racing ability. Although it looks quirky at first glance, the Fanatic Race Air 20cm RTM Fin is designed to produce as much glide and tracking as possible, and as such is a great addition to any racing or touring stand up paddle board.

This fin’s longer length contributes to the board’s excellent tracking, as well as stabilising the paddleboard and making it more predictable in chop. The Fanatic Race Air 20cm RTM Fin’s long base also contributes to the tracking, but also provides a huge benefit to the board’s drive and acceleration. The trailing edge of the fin is hollowed out, assisting in the release of water; offsetting the extra drag created by a larger fin, it contributes to the paddle board’s speed. The leading edge features a considerable sweep, assisting in the release of water, as well as shedding and preventing any weeds from getting caught.

The RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) process produces a lightweight fin (further minimising drag), making the Fanatic Race Air 20cm RTM Fin an excellent addition to any racing or touring board.

This US fin is supplied as standard with the Fanatic 11’6 Ray Air and Fanatic 12’6 Ray Air, but will fit any hardboard or inflatable paddleboard with a US Fin Box.
