Full Contact Light Carrying System
The Full Contact Light back system is designed to keep the Venet Tour 30 stable without compromising freedom of movement. Its narrow hip fins and load-control cords help distribute and stabilise the load, keeping the pack close to the body while skinning uphill or skiing downhill.
This close-fitting construction is particularly useful during technical movement, where a pack that shifts or bounces can affect balance and efficiency. Compression can also be adjusted to suit the amount of equipment being carried, helping maintain a compact profile throughout the day.
Practical Touring Organisation
The Venet Tour 30 has been designed around the demands of ski touring, with access and storage arranged so essential equipment can be reached quickly. The main compartment can be accessed from the front or side, while the detachable side compression straps allow the full circumferential zip to be opened when greater access is required.
A dedicated safety compartment provides separate storage for emergency equipment, while the top pocket offers convenient space for smaller essentials such as gloves and ski goggles. This practical organisation makes it easier to keep frequently used equipment accessible without unnecessarily unpacking the main compartment.
Comprehensive Equipment Carry
The Venet Tour 30 provides multiple ways to carry skis and other technical equipment. A-Skifix and D-Skifix systemsallow skis to be attached to the pack, with the D-Skifix supporting skis up to 120mm wide. Side and diagonal ski carrying options provide additional flexibility depending on the terrain and tour.
The pack also features dedicated attachment points for an ice axe and hiking poles, alongside snowboard and snowshoe fastening, an integrated helmet net and a material loop. These features allow technical equipment to be carried externally while leaving the 30-litre main compartment available for clothing, food and other essentials.
Recycled Construction
The main material of the Venet Tour 30 is made from 100% recycled polyamide, providing a durable construction suited to regular use in snowy and demanding mountain environments.
Ortovox also identifies the backpack as a bluesign Criteria consumer product, with the materials and production meeting criteria relating to resource productivity, environmental protection and worker and social responsibility.

The regular back length makes this version a versatile choice for users who do not require the shorter fit of the Venet Tour 28 S. Its 30-litre volume provides useful additional capacity for longer or equipment-intensive days, without becoming unnecessarily bulky.
