Keeping active over this isolation period is so important. For obvious reasons we can’t get out on the water stand up paddleboarding so we thought we would make a short video of exercises you can do at home. Hannah from Composure Active leads us through some full body exercises to keep you fit this Spring. So get your paddle board setup on some cushions in the garden or lounge and have a go at home!
